We want you to love your Glossier favorites, so if something isn't working for you, we offer easy returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up your purchase history.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific products you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason to help us improve your experience.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely place your items back in the original Glossier pink pouch or box.

• 4.
  Send It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
